Parents get peace of mind knowing drivers are vetted and reliable, while schools get end-to-end student transportation that brings more convenience, visibility and cost-efficiency. To date we've driven over 3.5 million miles, giving rides to more than 500K children -- with rides booked by families and 2000+ schools. We are a VC-backed company with funding from top investors including Softbank, Sequoia Capital and Spark Capital. -- We are seeking an experienced, innovative, data oriented self-starter to join the Z--m Operations team as our Senior Onboarding Manager. Your main focus will be recruiting, onboarding, and retaining Z--m drivers on the platform. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing the entire onboarding process of our new drivers, including ensuring our drivers are appropriately vetted, credentialed, and trained. It is a highly creative role where you need to be both strategic and extremely hands-on to get a high quality supply of drivers and cars onboard. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to think strategically and analytically about business opportunities with a keen sense of ownership, speedy execution, and scrappiness is a must. The candidate is comfortable as an individual contributor as well as a leader of a growing team driving their engagement. You will report to the Head of Supply. -- Responsibilities: -- Manage all onboarding efforts: ensuring we are hitting our targets, running experiments to improve conversion rates and reduce time through the funnel, and simplifying and streamlining to scale rapidly--Identify, operationalize and grow channels for recruiting drivers. -- Work intimately with the Demand Fulfillment team and Sales/Account - Management teams to prospect supply requirements. -- Collaborate with product and engineering to improve our processes, and build systems and tools to better track and manage our drivers. -- Meet with Safety and Training Teams to ensure our drivers are meeting our high standards of accreditation and training. -- Define, regularly report on, and optimize key KPIs. -- Build out reporting dashboards where you can track progress and share your findings with key stakeholders. -- Ensure all state, contract, driver specific compliance is up to dateLiaise with internal stakeholders in executing all supply related issues. -- Drive strategy and engagement based on data-driven findingsManage a team, including a team of contractors that may be remote. Requirements: -- 6+ years relevant work experience, including early-stage experience in growth experimentation and/or funnel optimization. -- Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance, policy and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted challenges. -- Data-centered - a deep curiosity of metrics, the ability to identify the right metrics and track and report back on impact. -- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across businesses and levelsStrong project management and organizational skills. -- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations. -- Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. -- Structured thinking and ability to solve complex problemsExperience leading and motivating a team.
