Health Oncology Platform leverages capabilities to drive commercial

Health has launched liquid biopsy-based Guardant360 -, Guardant360
CDx and GuardantOMNI - tests for advanced stage cancer patients.
These tests fuel development of its LUNAR program, which aims to
address the needs of early stage cancer patients with neoadjuvant
and adjuvant treatment selection, cancer survivors with
surveillance, asymptomatic individuals eligible for cancer
screening and individuals at a higher risk for developing cancer
with early detection.
The Financial Planning and Analysis team is expanding to ensure we
meet the needs of our rapidly growing business. We are looking for
a Senior Corporate FP&A Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A
team, reporting to the Associate Director of FP&A.
This role focuses on management reporting, planning, and decision
support and controls. The incumbent will be working
cross-functionally to report accurate actuals, forecast variances
to the budget; contribute to Budgeting and strategic/financial
planning of relevant KPI's; and champion process optimization and
project management for critical FP&A project.
- Partner with the business leaders across Corporate G&A
functions, providing robust monthly and quarterly senior-level
financial performance reporting
- Clearly communicate a cohesive and concise story around the
business drivers behind financial data and implications on current
and future results.
- Evaluate and assess key operational issues, risks and business
drivers pertaining to budget, actual results, and forecast updates,
suggesting solutions and alternatives where appropriate to
operating leaders including but not limited to operational
efficiency, cost saving opportunities, capital expenditure
- Key contributor in quarterly forecast/ annual budgeting and
planning process, including headcount planning and implementing
appropriate review process
- Support and contribute to month-end close/reporting activities,
investigations of significant variances, and communication of
findings to key stakeholders.
- Develop deep understanding of financial planning and ERP
systems to enable and build reporting to support forecasting, close
and variance to actuals analysis
- Drive process improvements and enhance data transparency across
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or
technical field preferred
- 3-5 years of work experience in financial planning &
- Excel Power User proficiency required
- Experience with ERP and financial planning systems such as SAP,
Oracle, Hyperion, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with
good strong presentation and organization skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively across

office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a
desk/office environment; however, there may be exposure to high
noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory
environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
