Job Description:
The Office of Development is one of higher education's premier
fundraising organizations, raising over $1.3 billion annually in
support of Stanford. The Development Services (DS) department
within the Office of Development is responsible for processing all
donations, over 100,000 transactions annually, and managing the
database that includes over 1 million records with information for
donors, alumni, and friends of the University.Reporting to the
Biographic Services manager, this position is responsible for the
review, gathering and processing a high volume of biographical data
from source documents into a database system. The responsibilities
include analyzing, monitoring, and verifying entries for accuracy
and completeness to maintain data integrity and data
hygiene.Through a solid background of relevant education and
experience, the ideal candidate will have the ability to
demonstrate an extraordinary attention to detail, problem solving
skills, and the ability to perform work independently within
general guidelines.
CORE DUTIES*:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent and two years of
relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant
experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
NonePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
Development Services works through the University winter closure at
the end of the calendar year.The main work location for this
position is Stanford University Redwood City campus. -The expected
pay range for this position is $57,000 - $70,000 per annum.
Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith
estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a
position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be
determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope
and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the
selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal
equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable
jobs.This position is Hybrid.
