You will be a Power BI champion, optimizing its use to support high-impact dashboards and insights that drive strategic outcomes.WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead enterprise-wide analytics and business intelligence projects.
• Spearhead advanced Power BI initiatives, including data modeling, DAX development, and visualization strategies.
• Develop and implement scalable, interactive dashboards for stakeholders across all levels.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and business opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote Power BI best practices across teams.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to executives and business leaders.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in reporting workflows and analytics tools.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence principles, data visualization, and dashboard design.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, HR, and other leadership teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Industry experience in Construction/Electrical Contracting.
  • Exposure to Oracle eBusiness Suite, Workday, Salesforce, or other enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance best practices.WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
    • 7-10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy.
    • Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
    • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (or similar platforms).WORKING CONDITIONS:
      • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
      • Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
