Job Description:

Staff Accountant Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant with 2-3 years of accounting experience to join our multi-family office. In this role, you will support the financial needs of high-net-worth individuals and families by providing accounting services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and client-focused environment, with exposure to personal finance, investment entities, trusts, and philanthropic structures. Key Responsibilities: Record and reconcile daily financial transactions across multiple client entities Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Maintain general ledgers for entities including trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and family foundations Prepare bank, credit card, and investment account reconciliations Support payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable activities Help track and report on budgets, expenses, and cash flow Organize and maintain financial documentation and client files Liaise with external tax advisors and investment managers to gather information Assist in year-end closing and preparation for tax filings Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested by senior staff Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2-3 years of professional accounting experience Strong academic background Excellent attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Sage Intacct, Bill.com or similar systems a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Professional demeanor and effective communication skills Interest in private wealth management, personal finance, or family office services Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary Training and professional development opportunities Support for CPA exam and continuing education Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Hybrid work flexibility (as applicable) LIJUN2025 ZRCFS LI-AS1
