Job Description:
Williams Lea is hiring for a Hospitality and Office Services
Supervisor to support our law firm client in their Silicon Valley
office to work Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm! This position
will require proof of Covid-19 vaccination Pay: $72,800.00 annually

Account Supervisor is responsible for providing client service and
product delivery to a client account. This position will be
expected to maintain an operational overview of the team to ensure
that client deadline and expectations are met and maintained.
Primary Client Functions Administrative - Supervise the team's
day-to-day work assignments, including projects and ad hoc
requests: Manage and Coordinate process for incoming jobs via
Williams Lea client service request system Prioritize and delegate
duties to associates to ensure efficient and accurate completion
within requested deadlines Front of House / Reception Services
Perform guest services - Greeting/Escorting Answer and direct
incoming calls coming into the office(s) within two rings Setting
up meetings Reprographics/Mail Perform printing of
emails/attachment & scanning of documents Perform basic shipping of
by hand and courier packages (FedEx/USPS etc.) via SCLogic software
Operational Ensure team provides outstanding service to the client,
while building strong customer relationships Measure customer
satisfaction and subsequently take appropriate action to expand or
improve on it Resolve issues proactively, and escalates appropriate
issues to the client for review and resolution Execute required
administrative reports, activities, processes related to the people
and production both on time and per appropriate standards of
operation Respond to customer inquiries or complaints in a timely
and professional manner Primary Functions Supervise and support
direct report(s) (including timesheet approval, PTO requests)
Interact constantly with staff to ensure instructions are
understood and followed Maintain customer satisfaction against SLAs
and takes any necessary corrective action. Work to develop and
maintain service delivery procedures manual Work with Director on
staff performance, establishing development goals, priorities,
setting business objectives, and providing ongoing performance
feedback Address performance issues among team members Recruits,
coaches and mentors' direct reports Resolve issues proactively, and
escalates appropriate issues to manager, or team for resolution
Maximize profitability through the effective utilization of labor
and resources Immediately resolve any operational problems or
issues Lead the team within the Williams Lea best practice
policies. Deliver to client monthly management reports that provide
analysis of production (CSR) Job Qualifications College degree
and/or professional level experience in complex environment. Have
at least 3+ years' experience in administration services
(preferred). Adaptable and Flexible with Schedule Daily Managing
