If you have expertise in developing member acquisition strategies and campaigns that attract and engage people in health care solutions we---d love to introduce you to Carrot. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of member marketing and engagement strategies, utilize analytics to uncover new opportunities, move quickly and live and breathe growth. They will have close working relationships with our client partners - large enterprises and health plans to develop, drive and implement strategies for growth for our award-winning and clinically proven product, Pivot, that is best in class in smoking and vaping cessation. You can make an immediate impact, and be a high-visibility Carrot within our growing organization What you will be doing Developing in-depth knowledge of target customers, users and channels and can successfully scale Pivot into appropriate markets and channels through analysis of product performance, user preferences, market research and competitive analysis . Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive member value and business growth through new marketing programs and other strategic initiatives Developing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans. Delivering innovative, member-first marketing strategy and campaigns driving end-to-end campaign development and delivery Identifying new game-changing ways to reach and engage people who use tobacco Taking an experimental approach to new marketing initiatives, using A/B testing and data analysis to quickly test, learn, and iterate on findings Develop metrics driven operating and reporting cadence to ensure transparency, effectiveness and ongoing testing and learning Working closely with our clients to implement member engagement campaigns Developing communication strategies to inspire and engage existing members on our platform Developing deep member empathy and intuition, leveraging key insights to inform new member marketing programs Defining, driving, and measuring key business metrics Partnering effectively with key cross-functional teammates, including the Marcomm, Design, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Client Success teams What you should have Minimum 8 years of full-time growth, marketing or strategy experience and 3 years of experience driving member acquisition growth for digital health and/or wellness solutions through enterprise or health plan channels A successful track record of planning and rolling out marketing campaigns A passion for our health care mission Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to work with and influence high value clients Experience being held accountable for results Proven execution driving end to end projects with excellence and keen attention to detail A record as a trusted collaborator A strong data orientation to analyze results, extract insights A knack for connecting the dots - across different contexts and quantitative and qualitative data. An ability to figure out the questions to ask Skills as a creative and strategic problem solver and a smart experimenter A bias toward action and urgency A self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
