Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support
K-12 students in a school setting. This role requires managing a
caseload of approximately 55 students, providing essential therapy
services across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th
grade. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and
language therapy to students with diverse communication needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to
develop and implement effective intervention plans. Conduct
assessments to identify student needs and monitor progress
throughout the school year. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for
speech and language development. Qualifications and Desired
Experience: Valid state certification or license in Speech-Language
Pathology. Experience working with children and adolescents in a
K-12 educational environment. Strong knowledge of speech and
language disorders, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work
effectively with students, families, and school staff. Ability to
manage a caseload efficiently while providing quality care tailored
to individual student needs. Location: Tracy, California Job
Duration: Current School Year (CSY) This role offers an opportunity
to make a meaningful impact on student success through targeted
