Job Description:
Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree or earned doctorate with
relevant background to the course(s) being taught A minimum of two
years work experience in your discipline or experience teaching in
programs for adult learners Preferred Qualifications Experience
promoting and fostering a learning environment that is supportive
of individuals from diverse backgrounds. Experience offering
high-quality, student-centered asynchronous online/hybrid courses.
Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse
backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrated experience in advancing
social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting.
Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and
knowledge in their work.
