Job Description:
Working at the intersection of hardware, software, and molecular
science, Carbon3D is commercializing a fundamental advance in the
chemistry of 3D printing that enables massive increases in print
speed and improved material properties. We believe our technology
will enable commercial customers to go beyond basic prototyping to
mass production of 3D printed parts.Print Development is a
cross-functional group that is responsible for printing and process
research and development at Carbon. As an Engineering Print
Development intern, you will have the opportunity to help develop
and validate a new hardware, software, or materials product or
process that will enhance the customer
experience.Responsibilites
- Conduct hands-on experiments in the lab to help develop and
validate the next generation of products for Carbon.
- Analyze results from validation tests and present to other
teams.
- Help identify technical concerns and work closely with
cross-functional technical teams to find solutions.Qualifications
- We are looking for technically creative and driven individuals
who want to grow their research and engineering skills in a
fast-moving tech company.
- Strong communication skills and are able to work
collaboratively.
- Quick and eager to learn new technical skills.
- Pursuing a degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical
Engineering or a related STEM field.Nice to have
- Familiarity with JMP, Minitab, or other statistical analysis
program.
- Experience with creating and executing lab experiments.
- Ability to analyze large and complex data sets.
- Graduating in May 2023. $35 - $50 an hourWe have an exciting
intern program for this upcoming 2023 season!At Carbon, we look at
