You will build our partner marketing efforts (programs, campaigns, communications, portals, and more) and own the strategic direction for all partner marketing. You are creative, business-minded, and tech-savvy and are excited to help take us to the next level of growth. Using your extensive partner marketing experience, you will help enable our partner network with Synack marketing assets, expertise, and assistance. Keep reading---Here's What You'll Do* Creatively lead partner marketing efforts, including experiments and ongoing program management* Develop campaign-in-a-box and joint campaigns in conjunction with our partners to drive awareness, education and selection of our joint value proposition* Map out full buyer journey programs, including objectives setting, success metrics, messaging, content, demand creation and demand management* Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to drive sales enablement initiatives* Work with cross functional teams on product launches, sales plays and ABM initiatives to be the voice of the channel* Responsible for strategy and updates for the Marketing section of partner portal* Content Development--adapt and partnerize marketing material such as emails, landing pages, presentations, videos and more* Partner Program Building--determine partner tiering, program, communications* Training--create partner training program by recruiting and crafting content for sales and technical education and certificationHere's What You'll Need* Bachelor's degree* 5+ years of Partner Marketing experience, preferably in software industry* Expertise at understanding partners and their needs and developing crisp content that resonates with target audiences* An analytical mindset with the ability to understand and simplify complex concepts* Strong leadership skills and the ability to align teams to drive maximum market impact* Stellar interpersonal and writing skills with a high attention to detail* Highly creative energy with a drive for innovation* A passion to be great at what you do and enjoy doing itIt's all hands on deck, it's hard work, it's winning, it's Synack.
