REX is using artificial intelligence and big data to disrupt the traditional real estate brokerage model, providing dramatically better outcomes and experiences for home buyers and sellers at a 2% cost instead of the traditional 5% to 6%. REX has substantially built the business in the cloud, with human involvement catalyzed by deep AI and emotional Intelligence. In addition, REX employs the data that it collects to rationalize the purchase of mortgages, home insurance, escrow and other services, serving to greatly ease and reduce the cost of the home sale and purchase process. The data REX collects also allows it to manage the home as consumers' largest asset over their lifetimes. The Company has experienced explosive growth in its initial markets of California, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Colorado and Florida. REX is profitable on both a unit economics basis as well as in the cities where it has been operating for over a year. It is launching in 14 cities this year as it expands nationwide. REX closed on its Series C financing of $50 million in December of 2018 to solidify its nationwide expansion into a targeted 70 markets across the United States by 2022. Job Summary REX is rapidly growing and entering new markets and building amazing consumer solutions revolutionizing the real estate buying and selling experience. We are also building amazing digital experiences that allow buyers and sellers to purchase a home without being bothered with traditional real estate middlemen. We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join us as we build amazing websites and products for our customers and for our internal teams. Your efforts will include using data to develop and validate hypotheses', owning features from conception to launch, working with engineers to craft requirements and estimate timelines, instituting protocols that optimize the product development lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively lead product development with a diverse team of engineers, designers, and operators to launch new products & experiences and rapidly improve existing product lines.
  • Help support shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Document requirements that effectively communicate development needs
  • Work with senior leadership to translation strategy and vision to product roadmap and lead implementation.--
  • Understand competitive landscape and ways to delight REX's customers.
  • Manage people/team and work in cross-team collaboration Qualifications
    • 5+ years professional product management experience, including delivery of entire products, start to finish, with 5-7 years of total work experience.
    • Enough technical knowledge to talk with our engineering teams about analytics, agile methodologies, scalability and site reliability.
    • A sense of ownership for everything that you ship
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
    • An obsession with understanding metrics and analyzing user behavior
    • 4-year degree from a top university, MBA or technical background is a plus but not required.
