The Screening Core's singular focus on bringing our early cancer detection products to market allows us to act with the speed and urgency needed to achieve our ambituous goals and serve the millions of individuals who can benefit from early cancer detection.Job DescriptionThis role will focus on establishing marketing strategy for HCPs (e.g.,PCP/GI/OB-GYN) and is responsible for resource development to execute against the strategy, establishing an omnichannel marketing approach for promotion, a personal promotion campaign and a Peer-to-Peer education platform.This highly visible role will liaise and integrate with cross-functionally with stakeholders including Sales, Medical Affairs, Access, Training, Evidence Generation, and Product Development, leading the analytics plan, measurement, and progress against performance goals.Responsibilities* Establish an innovative and thoughtful results driven culture on the HCP team that keeps patients first.* Manage and prioritize strategies, initiatives, and workload independently and proactively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.* Lead development of HCP brand, positioning, value proposition of Lunar-2 and execute key elements of the lifecycle plans to drive rapid adoption and advocacy.* Establish and maintain strong relationship with sales to ensure field execution aligns with brand strategies.* Develop unbranded HCP campaign to shape the market prior to launch of Lunar-2* Lead and develop strategy behind and execution of personal and non-personal selling materials for HCP's, HCP engagement, and other promotional efforts in primary care and specialty markets (e.g., GI and OB/GYN).* Develop digital strategies, metrics, content and execution plans that drive business objectives while experimenting with innovative digital approaches* Management of vendors, agencies to support digital marketing initiatives* Analyze primary and secondary market research, measure, and track performance of key tactics through commercial analytics.* Provide leadership across the commercial organization and partner effectively with key internal stakeholders ensuring strategic alignment and integration with cross-functional teams, including both Medical Affairs, Training, and Laboratory.* Motivate and inspire team to do their best work through coaching to drive performance through an organized and prioritized approach.* Maintain morale and support employee engagement initiatives.* Participate to the agency selection process and develop strong partnership with key vendors.Qualifications* 8+ years of experience working in marketing or brand management or related functions.* 2+ years of leadership experience; including hiring, coaching, and developing talent.* Demonstrated knowledge and experience of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels* Must have strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams* Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting including website and advertising analytic tools* 3 years of project management experience* Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.* Prior healthcare marketing experience is a plus* Prior Oncology Diagnostic/Biopharma experience is a plusEducation* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree* MBA (or equivalent) is preferredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
