Were looking for a Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role, youll be responsible for programs to generate and nurture leads via high value content, organic and sponsored social, webinars and events, SEM, email, targeted ABM, and cooperative marketing with partners. Reporting to the CMO and working closely with cross-functional teams, youll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness and generate pipeline revenue.

  • Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated campaigns across multiple channels to generate and nurture pipeline. Ability to manage digital campaigns, social campaigns, SEO, direct mail, and live and virtual events.
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, collateral downloads, leads, MQLS, initial sales conversations, and pipeline created.
  • Creating and driving impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
  • Working closely with the CMO for campaign strategy, targets, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales
  • Overseeing vendor selection, contractors, and contracts as neededWhat you should have
    • Bachelors degree
    • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, enterprise software experience preferred but not required
    • Extensive experience in the development and execution of campaigns, with clearly thought-out strategic goals
    • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
    • A digital marketing portfolio of produced marketing work, with the ability to discuss impact
    • Experience effectively leveraging marketing automation system such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Eloqua for the creation and sending of batch email and nurture paths, email delivery and inboxing, forms, landing pages, database segmentation, and managementNice to have
      • Masters degree in business
