BlueVine is seeking an experienced and hands-on Partner Marketing Director with a track record of delivering business impact through channel marketing execution. Reporting to BlueVines CMO and supporting our Business Development team, you will be responsible defining and executing GTM initiatives that drive partner acquisition, engagement, and sell-through in support of top company priorities.

This position is both strategic and highly execution oriented. Strength in both and the ability to flex back and forth is critical. The ideal candidate is a multi-talented marketer with a bias towards action and strong penchant for outcome ownership. In any given week you might be designing sales collateral, sharing program management updates to cross-functional stakeholders, and ideating on GTM strategy formulation for new partnership opportunities. Cross-functional collaboration is central to this role; you will operate as a de facto member of both the Business Development and Marketing teams. You will work closely with other teams within BlueVine to deliver impact, including Product Marketing, Design, Web and Performance Marketing. Success in this role requires creativity, strategic savvy, strong detail orientation, a love for practicing all forms of marketing craft, high standards and an appreciation for partner and channel GTM dynamics.

What You'll Do

  • Be the interface between Business Development & Partnerships and the Marketing team, and the point person for all aspects of partner marketing including planning, messaging, collateral, campaigns, training, and enablement
  • Understand BlueVines mission and how partners will contribute to our overall success, develop marketing strategies, plans and KPIs aligned to company objectives, and own these metrics
  • Develop messaging and marketing programs that will raise awareness and attract new partners
  • Create, and manage the creation of, the tools and content that the business development team needs to recruit, enable and sell through partners
  • Develop close relationships with our partners, collaborating on joint marketing plans that tie to revenue goals, and ensuring that our relationships are mutually beneficial to BlueVine, our partners, and our customers
  • Own a communications strategy that keeps partners informed and motivated to refer and/or sell BlueVine solutions to their client base
  • Work closely with the rest of the partnership team to evolve our partner program and coordinate launches as required
  • Identify opportunities to leverage existing & planned marketing programs for partner opportunities
  • Develop systems and processes that allow you to keep a close eye on the full-funnel lifecycle of our partners, all the way from awareness to acquisition, enablement and advocacy; proactively consider ways that marketing can be leveraged at every stage in the journey
  • Establish and consistently report out on partner marketing engagement, enablement, and performance metrics using tools such Salesforce, Tableau, among others.
  • This role will be as an individual contributor initially, but you will grow the team over time.
    What We Look For
    • 10+ years experience as a B2B marketer, with 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing and 4+ years in partner marketing.
    • Experience in the fintech space is strongly preferred.
    • Multi-talented marketer with experience doing all aspects of B2B and Partner Marketing
    • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
    • A maniacal focus on metrics and results
    • Highly cross-functional, detail-oriented, with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and teams across the company
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Self-starter with the experience and ability to succeed in iterative, high growth, fast-paced environments
