Job Summary & Responsibilities

The marketing associate will support marketing activities, including patient and HCP promotional programs. The responsibilities include project management, management of marketing databases, social media comment moderation, and ad hoc creative project coordination. The candidate must be detail oriented, be able to work independently, problem solve effectively, highly responsible, and be a clear communicator.
Project management: Help update and track projects using software tools.
Respond to social media comments using approved responses and monitor for issues and escalate quickly to the appropriate team members.
Routing certain documents for approval: Work with all key stakeholders to ensure that the documents that you are responsible for is properly edited and fully approved as per the SOP.
Maintain customer databases as needed
Ad hoc creative project coordination: Coordinate various ad hoc projects as they come up (i.e., marketing brochures)
Other projects as assigned

Role Requirements
College degree. 2+ years of post-college professional experience.

Creative thinker who is intellectually curious.
Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing.
Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, clinical & sales partners.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including sales & marketing leadership.
