    TigerGraph is looking for a Sr. Onboarding\Project Manager who is experienced, motivated, and possesses a unique balance of technical depth, strong interpersonal skills, and business acumen to build, lead and drive our customers adoption. You will partner with customers, TigerGraph Sales Engineers, Solution Consultants, Customer Success Managers, and other TigerGraph teams to develop and execute solutions that address customer use cases and accelerate innovation and the adoption of TigerGraph platform.
    You will help shape and execute a strategy to deliver solutions for a broad range of customer use cases primarily from large enterprise customers while positioning and developing a team to build trust across our customer and organizational teams. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think and communicate strategically about business, products, people, and technical challenges reporting to the VP of Customer Success
    The successful candidate must have exceptional coaching skills, strong business judgment, and demonstrated technical experience leading cross-functional teams. We are looking for a proven leader with the ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new, ambiguous projects. The Onboarding Manager will be building relationships, driving customer consulting delivery, and will be responsible for driving professional and technical development of our consultants. This person will work with all delivery practices as well as global industry and technology verticals, TigerGraph regional teams, and TigerGraph partners to accelerate customer outcomes and consultant development
    Responsibilities

    • Lead new customer transitions from initiation through go-live
    • Collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Consultant to develop implementation plans during the pre-sales process
    • Coordinate with internal teams and partner to deliver technical engagements with partners and customers. This includes participating in customer meetings, mapping customer business and technical requirements, as well as guiding customer in their journey of experiential learning and delivery.
    • Driving high team utilization on customer engagements including working with customers and TigerGraph to discover and map hardware and software solutions on customer's premise or alternate cloud solutions to build migration plans to move customer workloads
    • Work with teams across TigerGraph to develop mechanisms to accelerate customer onboarding, development, and insights to drive adoption and time to value.
    • Work cross functionality with peer leaders across professional services to develop and prioritize programs to meet the high bar set to deliver to our customer needs.
    • Develop a foundational knowledge of TigerGraph's technologies
    • Maintain an awareness of emerging TigerGraph's technologies

      Required Education and Experience

      • Bachelor's degree required
      • PMI-ACP Certified Scrum Master
      • 5+ years working in an IT Professional Services or Solution Consulting
      • 5+years in Project Management
