Poshmark is looking for a growth leader and visionary to lead our user acquisition team. The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for driving user-growth and inspire and manage a group of marketing professionals. The perfect candidate for this role will be able to toggle between deep analytics and creative thinking, have a strong grasp of both mobile and web acquisition across various countries, and redefine and execute on growth strategies of the next chapter of Poshmark. This person will play an essential role in leading the next standard of fashion marketplace & building the world---s most connected shopping experience ever. This leadership role will require the clear communication of strategies and results to corporate executives, and will be reporting directly to the VP of Growth. Key Responsibilities Grow and lead millions of marketing investment dollars based on ROI evaluation Interact directly with executives and other key internal stakeholders as well as external app discovery partners to develop effective and scalable acquisition marketing campaigns Manage a user-acquisition team and effectively drive them towards achieving goals Create frameworks for managing, analyzing, and optimizing growth efforts Analyze all aspects of the growth conversion funnel, identify the largest areas for improvement, and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities Lead the development, monitoring, and achievement of goals and financial objectives Desired Skills And Experience Verifiable track record of success growing a digital business Experience in an acquisition focused role with a heavy focus on data analytics, campaign optimization, and reporting Experience developing user-acquisition framework for a digital business in a highly competitive, rapidly changing space, and have functional depth in user acquisition, user attribution, data structure, product and revenue generation Demonstrated analytical rigor: you must know how to quantitatively analyze acquisition programs Demonstrated project management expertise: you must know how to initiate and run growth related initiatives that require cross-functional team support Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L Proven outstanding leadership and communication skills, with some technical understanding Ability to lead and evangelize internally, as well as, manage, develop and inspire teams Ability to locate unmet opportunities and engineer the process for breakthrough results People management experiences in more than 2 different responsibilities/positions Desire to work hard and innovate in a fast-paced, team environment Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to ignite talents and drive results Demonstrated integrity, maturity and a constructive approach to challenges About Us Poshmark is a leading social marketplace for new and secondhand style for women, men, kids, pets, home, and more.
