Directly support the VP of Developer Tool Service across a wide range of subjects, including executive communication, time management, and executive projects especially when confidential and sensitive information is involved. Act as the liaison with other executive support teams within OCI, support disseminate information from the leadership to the broader team, with a focus on spending policies, T&E guidance, office space assignment and team activity planning.

**Responsibilities**

+ Own time management for the executive, plan executive reviews and other meetings in alignment with the organization's goals and priorities. Re-plan and re-prioritize proactively and in a timely manner. Execute and communicate changes across any impacted parties with clarity.

+ Assist the executive with communication management, including drafting, editing, proof-reading, organizing, prioritizing & tracking, creating & managing distribution lists and channels. Handle confidential and/or sensitive information according to the company policies.

+ Build and manage confluence pages as part of the executive communication, including meeting sign-ups, project tracking, document submission, pre-reads, etc. Keep content updated and manage access as appropriate.

+ Facilitate morale events, senior leadership offsite and other team activities. Manage and track spending end-to-end to ensure the team stays in compliance with company policies and within budget.

+ Drive continuous process improvement and simplification to remove obstacles and enable the team to succeed in the highly dynamic world of cloud computing.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**

+ 2+ years of related experience in supporting executives or management teams in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong interpersonal skills including ability to build trust, influence, and foster relationships with diverse team members; ability to leverage relationships to drive consistency of approach and ensure delivery.

+ Exceptional cross-organization coordination and communication skills

+ Ability to effectively collaborate, influence, and leverage outside resources to drive results

+ Manages confidentiality without exception

+ Ability to quickly adapt to the changing needs of the business

**Education**

+ BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
