These tests fuel development of its screening program, which aims to address the needs of asymptomatic individuals eligible for cancer screening.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for planning and managing pharmaceutical, clinical, and research projects for clinical operations. This role is highly cross functional in nature and therefore it is critical that this individual is a strong collaborator, effective communicator and thought partner. -QualificationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Work cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Product/Marketing, Regulatory, and other departments and serve as the primary point of communication in clinical operations for pharmaceutical, clinical, and research projects. -Manage project logistics, activities and timelines to ensure that milestones and deliverables are well defined and achieved; recognize and escalate issues that may jeopardize timelines and deliverables, or lead to out of scope expenses.Track and collate all necessary project documentation and communications. -Effectively communicate project updates to the core team, to functional management, and to executive leadership, using a variety of tools and channels.Participate in development of processes and infrastructure and establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities in clinical operations. -Perform other related duties and assignments as required.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical research and/or the healthcare industryPMP or similar certification is highly desiredExcellent interpersonal communication and presentation skillsStrong time management and prioritization skillsProficient with computer systems and navigating databasesWell organized, team-oriented individuals encouraged to applyProficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for business useEfficient and effective work habits in a matrix environment, internally and externallyThe ability to thrive with minimal supervisionA flexible attitude to adjust to changing needsEducation:Minimum Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or medical specialty preferredAdditional InformationCovid Vaccination Policy: - -Starting January 7, 2022, Guardant Health will require all employees to be fully vaccinated to either (a) establish that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19; or (b) request and obtain an approved exemption from Guardant's COVID-19 U.S. Vaccination Policy as a reasonable accommodation, as consistent with applicable laws. - -An -employee is considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19 two weeks after receiving the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or one dose of a single-dose vaccination.
