Job Description:

The Partner Success manager will be accountable for driving revenue from a set of partnerships with large brands and retailers (enterprise sellers). He or she will serve as Poshmark's point-person in managing the relationship with such partners, identifying and executing upon opportunities for growing brand revenue within the Poshmark eco-system.Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand and retailer partners - be their "eyes and ears" on Poshmark, identifying opportunities to maximize performance on the platform
  • Serve as the accountable point person for achieving enterprise partner revenue targets
  • Analyze traffic and sales performance (e.g., traffic patterns, merchandising trends, etc.) to understand drivers of business on the platform and potential growth opportunities
  • Provide brand training and support on new / existing Poshmark functions and features
  • Understand partner challenges and pain points - partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Data Analytics, Operations, Product, and Engineering to identify most efficient solutions
  • Facilitate weekly reviews of business performance6-Month Accomplishments
    • Comprehensive understanding of current enterprise seller status in portfolio (e.g., back-end linkup, major pain points, performance history)
    • Established relationships with partner contacts, along with a structured working cadence
    • Development of weekly performance analyses and identified growth drivers for each partner
    • Proficiency in platform analytics tools (e.g., Looker)Requirements
      • 3-5 years of experience working in a business strategy / management consulting, or general management role (e.g., CPG brand management) in ecommerce or fashion retail space
      • Relentless tenacity and curiosity for achieving performance targets in often creative, non-traditional, and scrappy ways
      • Ability to act like an entrepreneur - how to achieve maximum effect with the fewest resources
      • Excellent business acumen and an operator's mindset
      • BA/BS Degree
      • Strong ability to conduct and leverage data analytics to drive to business recommendations Interest in consumer and retail businesses
      • Great relationship builder - able to influence others (partners and cross-functional teams)
