developing cancer with early detection.Job DescriptionThe Associate
Sales Analytics and Operations Manager will be a member of the
Oncology market analytics team that serves the US Clinical Oncology
commercial team. Reporting to the head of US Oncology Sales
Analytics and Operations, this individual contributor will partner
closely with sales, marketing, IT, data platform, and other
internal/external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives
and priorities are enabled within the US Oncology Field Sales
Team.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, changing, and
growing environment, thinks strategically, and has an execution
first mindset. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to deliver
sales analytics, which in partnership with the US commercial team,
will be used to identify sales performance trends, assess sales
effectiveness, and support measurement of important sales team
tactical programs. Additional responsibilities will include
supporting the US Oncology Field Sales Team by addressing any
questions or issues that arise, assisting with the design and
testing of tools/processes that impact the sales team, and helping
to ensure we maintain good data quality for our customer data.Sales
Analytics
- Develop and leverage sales analytics to help shape commercial
strategy and execution of field activities
- Work closely with Sales Analytics & Operations and Sales
Leadership to develop and deliver relevant metrics for performance
tracking (e.g., weekly/monthly trend reports, QBRs)
- In collaboration with Marketing Analytics and Finance,
routinely monitor and assess relevant commercial key performance
indicators
- Work closely with Marketing Analytics to establish sales force
promotional response analysis and report findings to executive
leadership teamSales Force Technology and Enablement
- Respond to inquiries and requests on data-related issues from
the field sales teams across data platforms (e.g., CRM,
Tableau)
- Provide user support to the field sales team for sales
toolsSales Support And Other Responsibilities
- Manage and triage cases in SFDC/CRM and Tableau for Sales
Operations
- Subject matter expert on sales systems and processes
- Work collaboratively with cross functional partners to deliver
commercial initiativesData Stewardship and Management
- Identify and implement improvements to customer master data
qualityQualificationsPreferred Experience:
- 3-5 years of commercial or sales operations and/or sales
analytics for diagnostics, biotech or pharma; experience in
oncology a plus
- Experience with SFDC required; experience with Veeva suite of
products (CRM/Network/CLM) preferred
- Experience with primary and secondary data analysis and sales
force promotional/sales force effectiveness metrics
- Proven expertise of Excel and/or other data analytics
tools
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities and familiarity with data
visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience in a prior customer service or sales support
role
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to work
effectively across diverse teamsEducation:
- Bachelor's degree in a life science, technical or
