PE is a team of cultural stewards who create programs and talent strategies that directly affect our teams' experience and help our people achieve the most meaningful work of their careers.Role OverviewAs the Senior Director of Global People Relations, you help safeguard the workplace experience and company culture by ensuring all of our workers have a safe space to raise concerns if their experience does not align with our stated values. This includes managing a global team of experienced investigators who balance empathy and compassion with objectivity and efficiency in addressing concerns. You will also help Electronic Arts deepen its understanding of employee sentiment, identifying areas where we can take meaningful action to address opportunity areas.You will collaborate with partners across the full People Experience function, Legal and Corporate Security to address concerns and inform organizational changes and investments. You will report to the Vice President of People Relations & Policy Excellence and have direct engagement with our Chief People Officer and senior executives across the company.Responsibilities:

  • Develop the long-term People Relations strategy to meet the needs of our growing global organization
  • Manage the performance, development and wellbeing of a global team of 10+ remote professionals.
  • Provide guidance to the broader People Experience function and business leaders to further build capability in positive employee engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Use data to identify trends and opportunities affecting the workplace experience and work across the organization to implement meaningful improvements globally and locally
  • Collaborate with PE Partners, Centers of Excellence and business leaders to help facilitate program, practice and organizational changes to address employee feedback
  • Optimize internal structure and processes to guarantee a fair and consistent experience for all parties going through the investigation process.
  • Manage 3rd party relationships with vendors and external investigatorsQualifications:
    • Subject matter expert on employee/labor relations with an understanding of employment laws and global HR practices
    • Navigates complex situations while maintaining composure and preserving confidentiality
    • Sets strategic direction and leads others in meeting relevant milestones
    • Proficient in process design, project management and change management
    • Leverages facts and data to draw conclusions and make difficult decisions/recommendations
    • Highly collaborative with the ability to quickly build productive, trusting partnerships
    • Comfortable in new, undefined spaces with high levels of autonomyEducation & Experience:
      • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of people management experience
      • Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g. HR, Employee/Labor Relations, Employment/Labor Law)
      • Experience handling or advising corporate leaders on complex, confidential employee relations matters
      • Experience driving process improvements and change
      • Experience writing and delivering executive level communications/presentations
      • Experience working in a matrixed organization and influencing at all levels
