• Design, documentation and testing of features for AutoGrid's energy management suite of products
• Work with UX designers and software developers to drive the implementation
• Testing the product to ensure high implementation quality of the entire product suite
• Setup and conduct product demonstrations across the company or with our customer base.About You
  • BS / MS in engineering or science; MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of demonstrated Software Product Management experience.
  • 2 years of experience in the field of renewable energy or IoT required.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment (SAFe preferred)
  • Working experience with Gitlab, Jira or similar.
  • Candidate must be driven by data and key results- Use Metrics to measureaccomplishments or customer-focused outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into the actionable product roadmap
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and analytic capabilitiesNice to Have
    • Understanding of the mechanics and economics of energy efficiency
    • Familiarity with Distibured Energy Resources, IoT Device Management, Smart Home Products or SCADA Platforms
    • Experience with demand response and demand-side management
