The Sr. Manager, People Operations & Systems will be responsible
for overseeing the HR operations, systems, and processes that drive
efficiencies to scale globally and build new approaches to deliver
a great employee experience, and aim to implement global HR
Operations strategies across all our countries as we continue to
grow. Alation is in the early stages of building out our People
Operations and Systems infrastructure. We're looking for someone
who knows what is possible from global HR operations, systems
processes, and infrastructure perspective and is ready to help
create this at Alation.
Responsibilities:
$155,000 - $180,000 a year
Base Salary Target: $155,000 - $180,000
The base salary range is specific to the United States. The salary
of the final candidate selected for this role will be set based on
a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity,
experience, education, work location, specialty, and training. If
the final candidate has a different level of experience, the base
salary target range may be lower or higher than what is
published.
