Website Operations Project Manager

We're looking for Website Operations Project Manager candidates with seasoned experience in website project management to lead day-to-day workflow operations including managing sprint process, capacity planning and website deployments.

This is a remote position reporting to the GVP of Marketing

  Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
  
  
  • 
    
    
  • Manage intake, review, triage, and traffic web requests, ensuring that requests are acknowledged and queued
    
    
  • Manage sprint prioritization process, capacity planning and project-manage tasks, coordinating communication with multiple partners for reviews and on-time delivery
    
    
  • Maintain web promotional calendar and collaborate with multiple partners (campaigns, PR, social, brand, customer advocacy) to merchandise announcements and high value campaign assets in ad placements across the site
    
    
  • Create monthly report on promotion performance and socialize with respective business partners
    
    
  • Work with Content Marketing team to keep current of available content pantry and traffic management of web modules
    
    
  • Establish governance and ongoing optimization process for retiring and updating assets work with web producers to ensure updates are implemented
    
    
  • Review and monitor the website for quality (desktop, mobile experiences); document issues and work with the web developers to resolve those issues
    
    
  • Work with SEO lead to refresh and prioritize web pages that need to be optimized for SEO
    
    
  • Work closely with Web Development and IT team on prioritizing tasks on dev roadmap
    
    
  • Attend daily/weekly status meetings with department partners
    
    
  • Manage budget, billing and vendor engagements including purchase order management and invoicing
    
    
    
    What We'd Like to See
    
    
    • 
      
      
    • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
      
      
    • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
      
      
    • Scrum-master, PMP or equivalent certification, expertise with Agile methodologies and able to define Epics and User Stories.
      
      
    • Experienced at project management, analytical, and solving complex problems - scoping work, driving execution, and delivering on deadlines while working with multiple business partners.
      
      
    • Detailed and experience delivering the highest quality and error-free websites.
      
      
    • Organizational, hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Workfront, or Asana
      
      
    • Communication and presentation experience including communication of data
      
      
    • Experienced with (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) work and convey ideas with experienced teammate
      
      
    • Budget management skills
      
      
    • Knowledge of web publishing tools like Adobe Experience Manager
