You will:

• Ensure homeowners that have expressed an interest in the program will have access to all program details and have their questions answered
• Ensure proper registration of the homeowners into the program by following the regulations and mandates
• Ensure program performance is aligned with the overall financial objectives
• Be prepared to respond to homeowner issues
• Interface with the OEM partners for registration, performance, incentive processing as needed
• Work closely with the internal Market Operations teamKey qualifications and expectations for this role include:
  • 5 to10 years of experience in the renewables energy space
  • 3-5 years of interaction with consumers
  • Impeccable organization and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple simultaneous work streams efficiently and effectively.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strongknowledge of typical utility energy savings programs
  • Good understanding of various residential DER technologies
  • Proficiency with common business productivity software (MS Office, Google Workspace, JIRA ticket tracking systems, and project management tools)
  • Creative and resourceful in developing and applying solutions to problems in real time
  • Comfortable and proficient in reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders both within AutoGrid as well as external customers
  • Must already have permission to work in the US permanently Preferred qualifications:
    • Familiarity with electricity revenue and settlement metering and associated regulations in CAISO
