ManagementSupervises the execution of all aspects of cash
Management operating strategiesSupervises operational bank
accounts, bank mandates and e-banking access, lead all RFP/RFI
initiatives for new marketsEstablishes and maintains efficient Cash
Management structuresOversight and management of domestic and
international banking relationships for cash and treasury
management services, continuing to drive toward receipt of
outstanding products and servicesManages appropriate banking
compensation through the analyzes of bank fees and banking activity
to ensure optimal pricingEducates and trains relevant business
partners on Treasury related mattersLiquidity Planning and
InvestmentsDevelops and manages Cash flow forecasting process,
report and scorecardEvaluates and develops outstanding liquidity
management strategy and process using existing or new IT
infrastructure/program Maximizes return and minimize risk of excess
liquidity through the development of appropriate investment
vehicles and periodic repatriationsSupervises the appropriate
allocation of investment portfolio and compliance analysisSupports
required internal and external investment schedules and
reportsCorporate FinanceManages Intercompany financing via optimum
funding solution (Debt/ Equity/ Dividend/Hybrid solution)Manages
Intercompany loan portfolioMaintains Legal Entity Management
SharePoint site/TMSManages monthly Intercompany NettingManages and
facilitates the issuance of Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit,
Letter of Comfort, Bond, Parental Guarantee, Performance Guarantee,
Cash Security and etc.Capital MarketsManages execution of equity
and debt transactionsCollaborates with other corporate functions in
the areas that affect capital structureSupports development of FX
netting strategies, supports back office in trade confirmation and
accountingAdditional Responsibilities
- Management and oversight of the Department's Treasury
Workstation to achieve optimum operational efficiency and
scalabilityAssessment and the implementation of the latest/
best-in-class Treasury technologies - focusing on the automation,
AI, RPA and digital transformationManagement of Treasury
compliances in the area of Sox control and audit managementManages
M&A treasury due diligence and integration project management
on Treasury functionBusiness partnering with management team and
across functionsQualifications7+ years experience
preferredBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
preferredMBA preferredCFA , CTP certification preferred The
targeted pay range for this position in the following location is /
locations are: - San Francisco (CA) Bay Area: $128,000 to $211,000
California (Non-SF Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New
Jersey, Washington state: $119,000 to $196,00 Our pay ranges
reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the
full-time position determined by role, level, and location.
Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related
skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. - This
position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can
share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location
during the hiring process. - The targeted pay range listed reflects
the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered
