People passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, who demonstrate a high sense of ownership, and who want to have fun while acting for a sustainable energy world.Join our Product Management team to be the champion of AutoGrid's eMobility & Virtual Power Plant products and revolutionize how the world charges its electric vehicles! As the product lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our virtual power plant platform, which connects and optimizes a network of distributed EV chargers to provide grid services.You will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and business partners to bring cutting-edge technology to market and drive growth for our company. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker passionate about sustainability and a proven track record of delivering successful products.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a product roadmap for AutoGrid's eMobility offerings that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with engineers to design, build, and launch new products and features.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to bring new products to market and drive customer adoption.
• Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product.Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, focusing on EV charging in residential & fleet applications.
  • BS / MS in engineering or science; MBA from a top-tier university preferred
  • 2 years of experience in renewable energy or IoT is required.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment (SAFe preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the energy and/or EV charging industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to make informed decisions
    • Experience working with software engineers and product managers. Able to read and understand technical specifications and API documentation.
