An experienced construction management professional with an understanding of field operations, systems, and procedures and are excited about building people the home of their dreams. You will be part of our Construction department, responsible for leading an area team that handles vertical construction of our operations, - while lending experience and knowledge to project feasibility costing, plan checking, permitting, and obtaining state, city or county approvals for operations activity . RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to Director of Construction -
• Provide updates on construction status -
• Manage and lead multiple Project Managers
• Review scopes and plans to ensure consistency -
• Provide guidance and direction to Project Managers to deliver homes according to defined scope of work, schedule, and quality -
• Use Salesforce and TaskRay to accurately track schedules and budgets
• Assist Purchasing with trade partners and contract clarification -
• Conduct weekly meetings with Project Managers
• Meet with home buyers to address any concerns
• Ensure jobsites adhere to company safety standards
• Ensure trade partner work is completed on time
• Ensure trade partner work is within defined standards of quality
• Inspect and validate workmanship and product quality
• Walk houses/jobsites daily to ensure work is completed on time EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 5-10 years' experience in residential construction/home building
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce.com/technology platform or other systems
  • Clear and effective communication with all levels of an organization
  • Detail oriented and capable of handling multiple projects at a time
  • Experience in management of a Gantt Schedule
