Starting pay of $110,000 - $122,000 per year depending on
experience

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for managing staff operations in the member services,
new accounts and lending areas for one of our largest branches,
ensuring the delivery of quality service in a consistent manner to
our members on each and every transaction. Supports and executes on
the credit union's strategic visions. Determines and recommends
branch goals, ensures team member performance meets expectations
and evaluates appropriate staffing levels. Analyzes the efficient
allocation of resources to service fluctuating member transaction
patterns. Responsible for expanding account penetration levels
through the delivery of superior member service and cross
servicing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Hires, supervises, trains and develops the performance of all
branch staff (directly and through designated personnel) to meet
sales goals, investment broker referrals goals, and quality service
goals.
Grow branch's market share by broadening and deepening member
relationships, building and supporting programs to acquire new
member business, and modeling and training staff on cross-servicing
techniques and overcoming member objections.
Supervises branch lending activities to meet quality expectation
goals and production goals, and acts as the senior lending
authority within the branch.
Supports Marketing efforts, directly and through staff assistance,
to develop and expand SEG relationships within the branch's
geographic area of responsibility.
Analyzes workflow to determine areas for improvement, re-evaluation
or automation, and to determine appropriate staffing levels and
work schedules.
Ensures appropriate cash control procedures are followed,
sufficient cash levels are maintained, adequate security safeguards
are followed by all staff at ALL times.
Maximizes the service performance of branch ATM(s) by ensuring that
supplies are properly maintained, deposit balancing and cash
replenishment processes are performed in a minimum amount of time
and the ATM access area presents a professional appearance to all
members (and non-members) wishing to utilize the machine(s).
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not
limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, Reg E, and laws
enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Provides service that aligns with the Credit Union's mission of
passionately delivering relevant products, services, and education
tailored to help our members, employees, and communities achieve
their financial goals.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
A minimum of three years managerial, or five years supervisory,
experience within a financial institution.
A minimum of three years loan officer experience.
Business (or other related discipline) degree is preferred.
Must have excellent interpersonal, motivational and communication
skills.
Ability to operate independently, with a full understanding of
loan, new accounts and member services department operations.
Must have knowledge of credit fundamentals, effective cross-selling
skills, be organized and have the ability to function in a
high-volume environment.
Must possess strong leadership skills in guiding and directing
staff, utilizing strong verbal, written, organizational and
analytical skills.
Must demonstrate flexibility in taking advantage of internal and
external training resources.
Must have the ability and willingness to provide staffing support
to other departments/branches on an as-needed basis.
Must be proficient in the use of a PC with Windows-based
programs;
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Occasional travel may be expected.
