Clinical Director to join our Children's Therapy team and oversee
pediatric and youth therapy programs at multiple clinic locations
in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties in California. We are looking
for an experienced leader to provide clinical leadership for
Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Therapy, Physical Therapy,
Early Intervention Special Education Services, and Parent Education

position leads and implements innovative program planning,
curriculum development, team supervision, and service delivery in
accordance with pediatric therapy (Speech/OT/PT) and Early
Intervention current and new best practices. The Children's Therapy
Services Clinical Director reports into AbilityPath's Chief
Operating Officer (COO) and acts in partnership with the Children's
and Family Programs Administration Director to manage financial
outcomes and lead program expansion to increase children and
families served across all services and referral sources. This role
will oversee multidisciplinary teams in multiple clinics and will
lead the integration of services with newly affiliated programs.
This position is required to be able to work onsite; out of state
applicants licensed to practice in California are welcome to apply

in pediatric Speech/OT/PT therapeutic service delivery programs and
