Our Pavilion combines the most advanced medical and surgical services with a unique healing environment including private spacious rooms and inviting garden areas.ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:In accordance with the mission and philosophy of Dignity Health the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for providing basic care and transport services for patients under the direction of a registered nurse. As a member of the interdisciplinary health care team the CNA assists in the delivery of total patient care as set forth by the patients plan of care. Incumbents in this position shall comply with all applicable laws and rules including the Dignity Health Standards of Conduct and Dignity Health policies and procedures that apply to his/her job responsibilities seek guidance when in doubt promptly report any potential or suspected violation of Dignity Health Standards of Conduct Dignity Health policy or procedure or applicable laws/regulations and when requested assist Dignity Health personnel in investigating all allegations of violation. When called upon the incumbent shall assist in risk evaluation and work collaboratively with facility/entity leaders to implement monitor and mitigate risk corrective plans outlined by the Compliance program.QualificationsMinimum:

• Satisfactory completion of an approved acute care Nursing Assistant training program within the last three year or six months experiences as a Nurse Assistant in an acute hospital required.
• One year of clinical nursing experience in an acute hospital as a student nurse within the last three years will also be accepted.
• Graduation from high school or its equivalent required
• Current California Certification as a Nurse Assistant or LVN (CT C.N.A or RG LVN) required.
