Cardiovascular Operating Room Position: The RN - Cardiovascular
Operating Room role entails delivering specialized nursing care to
patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries within a
collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. Candidates must possess a
valid RN license, BLS certification, and ideally have experience in
the operating room, although both new graduates and seasoned nurses

This position utilizes the Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing
processes to ensure quality patient care. The RN will maintain
professional accountability for the care provided to assigned
patients and will coordinate with the surgical team while
collaborating with various departments. Upholding patient rights
and ensuring confidentiality of patient information are essential
responsibilities. All duties must align with our mission, values,

Nurses with over a year of CVOR/OR experience may qualify for a
$7,500 sign-on bonus! Full-time day shifts with on-call

Qualifications: Education Required: Nursing degree from an
accredited institution. Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri.
Certifications: BLS certification is mandatory. Exceptional
