in Napa, California, 94558! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:
Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per
Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of
ICU experience required License: Valid state nursing license
required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: -
Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU - Experience with patient
ratios of 1:2 - Experience with Epic charting system preferred -
Previous charge experience preferred Description: This position is
for a Registered Nurse specializing in ICU. The role requires
providing care to critically ill patients. Travelers are required
to float between units as needed based on staffing. Weekend shifts
are required every other weekend. Travelers must be willing to work
during holidays, specifically 2 out of 3 major holidays. The work
environment includes a variety of patient diagnoses such as sepsis
and respiratory failure. The expected daily patient census is
around 10. Staffing supports include physical therapy, social
services, and pharmacy. The facility promotes infection prevention
and follows isolation precautions. Successful candidates will
possess strong skills in emergency response and patient management.
Travelers are expected to handle assigned duties efficiently and
