Here, you will practice in a co-managed model alongside highly experienced providers. Compensation and Benefits Include: Guaranteed Salary: $395,000 for a 1.0 FTE productivity incentives Sign-On bonus up to $100k, Relocation & Resident Incentives for full time physicians Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Comprehensive health benefits including 401(k) with match Opportunity Highlights: Hospital Call: 1:4 or 1:5 Varied Schedule Options Available: Part Time Clinic Based Part Time Full Scope Clinic & Hospital Based Full Time Hospital Based Full Time Full Scope Clinic & Hospital Based Collaboration : Work alongside a team of well-respected OB/GYN Physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives Clinical Resources: Access to a dedicated Medical Assistant, Ultrasonographer, and RN in the clinic. Hospital Facilities: Modern, well-equipped birthing center that delivers approximately 1,200-1,500 babies annually Access to Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) 24/7 anesthesia coverage with a team of experienced anesthesiologists Dedicated OB ED Job Requirements MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA certification Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care Where You'll Work Santa Cruz is where California’s natural beauty meets a laid-back coastal vibe.
