Job Description Internal Medicine Physician – Dublin, GAClinical Role Position Type : Permanent, Full-Time (part-time considered, minimum 2 days/week) Certification : Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine Residents : 2026 residents welcome Schedule : Monday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM Patient Volume : 16 patients per day Team : Work with 2 physicians (each present 2 days/week) and 1 Nurse Practitioner Supervision of APPs required Call : Yes – 1–2 weekends per year Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM EMR : eClinicalWorks Organization Information Setting : Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Type : Non-profit organization Loan Repayment : Eligible for NHSC, PSLF, and SLRP Compensation & Benefits Vacation Years 1–4: 3 weeks, accrued per pay period Year 5: 3 weeks 1 day/year, max 4 weeks Pension Employer contributes 5% of annual salary (non-contributory) Vested immediately, contributions begin after 1 year Sick Leave 1 paid day/month (max 120 days, not paid out at termination) Holidays 9 nationally recognized holidays, fully paid CME Year 1: $1,500 3 paid days Year 2: $1,800 4 paid days Year 3: $2,200 5 paid days annually Board Certification exam covered (initial renewals) Licensure License and DEA renewals paid Professional Membership One annual membership to a professional organization covered Health Insurance 100% of Bronze plan premium for employee Dependent coverage available (employee pays difference) Life & Disability Insurance Group life insurance: 1.5x annual salary (max $300,000) after 3 months Group long-term disability provided RecruitWell’s Core Values Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
