Job Description Position Summary: The Recruiter is responsible
for strategic recruitment and sourcing of commercial (sales/market
access/marketing, sales ops), niche roles within Pharma located
across the US. This individual performs complex research,
networking and analysis to develop active and passive candidate
pipelines. The Recruiter develops and implements strategic,
innovative recruiting solutions to hire the right skills and
quantity of talent to achieve corporate staffing objectives. They
will partner closely with the business, as they guide and coach
leaders through the process of hiring. A key focus of the Recruiter
is to recruit top talent and also ensure a great candidate
experience and interviewing experience. Position Responsibilities
:
Engages in full-cycle recruiting
process, participating in sourcing, screening, reference checking
and negotiating offers.Builds and maintains relationships with
hiring managers to ensure clarity and strength of business
objectives and goals.Ensures compliance with company policies,
practices and procedures as well as state and federal laws.Ability
to be flexible and adaptive in an ever-changing environment.Leads
through change, operate in an agile space while coaching and
developing leaders to be instrumental in the hiring process.Operate
in a collaborative manner within and across organizations .Assists
in delivering behavior based interview training and best practices
coaching to hiring managers (STAR) in order to strengthen this
leadership capability .Partners with all levels of management and
provide coaching as needed, helping develop new managers into the
hiring process. Requirements: Basic Requirements:
5+ years of experience as an in-house
or agency Recruiter or equivalent, servicing the full-lifecycle
needs of a growing organization with a focus on corporate or Sales
roles.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Strong background
in identifying and implementing best practices in
recruiting.Understanding of recruiting across all company
functions, skills required for corporate and divisional roles
preferred.Proven ability to employ a broad array of sourcing
channels including referral programs, social networks, job boards,
niche advertising, networking and other creative means to promote
and publicize our opportunities to both active and passive
candidates.Personable and has a great sense of confidence and
professionalism for communicating with senior management.Strong
analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.Knowledge of MS Office, applicable recruitment
tools and the Internet as a recruitment resource (LinkedIn and
applicant tracking systems).Ability to work in a collaborative,
team oriented environment.Team player with proven ability to work
well under pressure and deadlines.Exceptional customer service
focus combined with exemplary follow-through.Demonstrated ability
to balance multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet
deadlines.
