PROCEPT BioRobotics is a surgical robotics company enabling better patient care by developing transformativesolutions in urology. With an initial focus on BPH, the company's AQUABEAM - Robotic Systemdelivering Aquablation therapy, is the first FDA-cleared, automated surgical robot for the treatment oflower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Aquablationtherapycombines real-time, multi-dimensional imaging, automated robotics and heat-freewaterjet ablation for targeted, controlled, and immediate removal of prostate tissue. Aquablation therapyoffers predictable and reproducible outcomes, independent of prostate anatomy, prostate size orsurgeon experience.SUMMARY
We are looking for senior level full cycle Recruiters to join our People team. In this role, you will partner withvarious functional teams to define the talent acquisition strategy and bring in top talent as we continue toscale. We are looking for people passionate about talent acquisition, who enjoy searching for cutting edgeskill-sets, and working closely with hiring managers and business leaders to reach our talent acquisitiongoals. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of technical and non-technicalrecruiting, market availability, recruiting tactics, candidate assessment abilities and extremely strongcommunication and relationship-building skills.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be required as assigned)

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, resume reviews, driving the interview process, offer negotiation & closing ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Build relationships and collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define a workforce plan and define talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals
  • Build candidate pipelines and talent networks from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research, etc. with a focus on diversity in the talent pool
  • Manage the interview process with structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions;
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions, strong interview panels and champion recruiting process improvements
  • Promote company's reputation as a great place to work using social media
  • Report on metrics and information relevant to talent acquisition and be able to utilize metrics to drive higher performance
  • Participate in projects for improvement of talent acquisition process and operations, employer brand, diversity hiring or other areas of need
  • Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance

    • BA or BS degree preferably in business or HR related discipline or equivalent work experience.
    • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, highly competitive environment, preferably with some experience in the biotech or medical device industries
    • Expert level knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing techniques, social media recruiting sites, and Boolean search
    • Solid understanding of legal requirements related to recruiting, including non-discrimination
    • Hands-on experience conducting and teaching hiring managers and interview panelists various interview formats including behavioral and cultural questions
    • Exceptionally strong communication skills and effective relationship management with stakeholders of all levels across the organization
    • Approachable with a bias to action and a high level of attention to follow through
    • Experience building and scaling recruiting processes and infrastructure
    • A positive, high-transparency, and team-oriented approach to your work
