actively recruiting for a seasoned Human Resources professional for
their Redwood City headquarters who will bring their talent,
energy, and leadership skills to our HR team in support of our
patients We are seeking a proven HR professional with a strong
generalist background and exceptional organizational skills.
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the role is primarily
internal facing implementing the HR strategy to grow the company,
foster employee development, and nurture culture. In this highly
visible role, you will be working with key functional and business
stakeholders to mentor, retain and grow their staff, identifying
training and development solutions, triaging employee relations
matters, and helping to cultivate the Bolt's culture. This is a
hybrid role with flexibility to be remote up to 2 days per week.Key
Responsibilities--- Act as a thought partner to the VP, Human
Resources in further developing Bolt's HR infrastructure,
effectively balancing systems need with a concern for the employee
experience--- Advise on and implement programs and activities that
reinforce Bolt's culture and that help to foster a highly engaged
workforce--- Coordinate leadership and management development
training to support the development of a high-performing
organization--- Partner with management to mitigate and/or address
employee relations issues as needed--- Partner with recruitment
team as the HR representative in select interviews--- Play a key
role on further developing Bolt's HR infrastructure, effectively
balancing systems need with a concern for the employee
experience--- Assist in maintaining Bolt's compensation programs,
including participation in salary surveys and provide compensation
support to recruiting efforts--- Play a key role in development of
employee communicationsJob Requirements--- 8+ years' experience in
Human Resources management with progressively more responsible
roles; experience in life sciences industry is strongly
preferred--- BA/MBA with business/HR major, or an equivalent
combination of education and related experience. PHR or SPHR
certifications preferred--- Strong generalist background in Human
Resources with broad knowledge of culture and talent development,
employee relations, and training and development--- Self-motivated
with a keen sense of ownership and accountability in areas of
responsibility--- Well-developed organizational and HR operational
capabilities--- Familiarity with Federal and California state laws,
OSHA, and FDA compliance--- Strong business and HR acumen, with
excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills--- Strong
interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication are
