Job Description:
Looking for a high-energy HR Talent Manager with focus on DEI,
Learning & Development, and Performance Management for a well-know
client in San Francisco bay area, California. Potentially, this
would be a 12 Month contract, possible to turn perm. Paying $60 an
hour + benefits, working a hybrid schedule, 2 days in office, 3
days remote (number of days in office may fluctuate based on need).
This position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the
talent development initiatives through sharing of ideas, expertise
and insights to support the organization's priorities around
diversity and creating an inclusive culture. In collaboration with
and under the direction of Sr. Director of Talent Management and
Organizational Development, this position serves as a liaison
between Human Resources department and organizations unit's to
build and deliver strong development programs, maximize the
potential of employee performance, and effectively support it by
change management.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support existing DEI learning journey program. Project
manage new and existing projects.
Manage queries and issues relating to existing learning
program.
Identify and implement training directives.
Utilize learning management technology for scheduling, delivering,
and recording training curriculums and enrollments.
Maintain awareness of global issues and trends in diversity and
inclusion.
Evaluate, monitor, measure, and report the learning and development
activities through data analysis. Track and report key metrics.
Actively identify opportunities to determine recommendations for
future organizational needs, collaborating with business
leaders.
Support team with invoice processing, updating, and maintaining
Cardinal at Work Sites.
Support administration and management of all talent development
programs, collaborating with HR department and other
stakeholders.
Required:
Bachelor degree in Training & Development, Human Resources,
Education. Minimum 5 Years Experience in adult learning/education,
HR, training, organizational development.
Strong Program/Project Management skills with minimum 2-3 years of
project management experience desired.
Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Expert in talent management problems and practices, advising
organization and senior management teams.
Ability to establish strong partnership with Sr HR Partners and
other members of management teams.
Expert in developing and implementing effective talent management
solutions, including Workforce Planning, Learning and Development,
Performance Management, and Organizational Effectiveness.
Ability in training methodologies, curriculum development and soft
skills.
