Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Revolution
Medicines Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision
oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to
inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company's
R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress
diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion
Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new
member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other
outstanding scientists in a tireless commitment to patients with
cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The
Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role, which
will report to the Senior Director, Learning and Organizational
Development and Lead HRBP, will partner with cross-functional teams
and leaders in a variety of human resources (HR) activities and
support various human resources initiatives. The Opportunity: We
are seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented individual with broad
human resources expertise. This team member must be proactive,
solution-focused, and detail-oriented in providing team members and
managers counsel and guidance on wide-ranging HR-related topics.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HRBP working to help drive
key HR initiatives including employee engagement, performance
development, and succession planning among others. This role will
have an immediate impact on supporting the growth within the
company, working closely with other HR and functional team
colleagues. Primarily working within our clinical-stage development
organization, serves as the first point of contact for these client
groups, covering a wide range of HR-related inquiries such as
career development, training, company policy topics, performance
management, and communication of HR programs. Through work with the
development organization, identify resource gaps and needs within
the growing organization and work with the broader HR team to
define process and resource improvements, as appropriate. Partner
with, coach, and counsel people managers to meet business needs by
enhancing manager effectiveness and supporting individual and team
capability including interview participation and team member
development. Be a trusted advisor in partnership with the lead HRBP
and the internal legal team by providing people manager
consultation and coaching on employee relations issues including
investigation, determination, and recommendation for resolution.
Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of new
developments and applicable laws regarding human resources
practices and trends. Partner with internal HR colleagues to
respond to team member questions on benefits, compensation, leave
administration, and other issues. Project manage and/or work as
part of a project team on a variety of HR programs in support of
business and organizational effectiveness strategies such as
organization planning, talent assessment, and team building and
provide insights and recommendations to enhance these and other HR

Required Experience, Skills, and Education: Minimum of 7+ years of
progressive HR experience in a high growth environment with a
bachelor's degree in a business discipline such as human resources,
business administration, or a related field and biotechnology or
pharmaceutical experience preferred. Proven experience and strong
knowledge in areas related to employee engagement, manager and team
member consultation, performance development and management, and
employment law with strong consultative skills and the ability to
build strong partnerships and influence without authority. Sound
judgment and problem-solving skills with a high level of
collaboration and partnership skills and an ability to work
effectively within a matrixed environment. High level of
collaboration, partnership, and ability to work within a matrixed
organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
including presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills and
attention to detail. Ability to act with integrity,
professionalism, and maintain confidentiality. Ability to listen
and use critical thinking to assess needs and communicate accurate
information concerning processes, plans, and procedures in a
collaborative, team-based manner. Proven ability to track,
prioritize, and drive success with multiple concurrent projects by
analyzing data and driving sound decision-making. Commitment to

strong knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word,
Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint. The expected salary range for
this role is $140,000 to $185,000. An individual's position within
the range may be influenced by multiple factors, including skills
and experience in role, overall performance, individual impact and
contributions, tenure, and market dynamics. Base salary is one part
of the overall total rewards program at RevMed, which includes
