We seek passionate, innovative individuals eager to advance their careers and contribute meaningfully.Key Responsibilities

• Help establish the vision for Vial's technical architecture and stack
• Lead large projects from conception to launch
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Write well-crafted, tested, and maintainable code and documentation
• Contribute to roadmap and future planning
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver value through technology
• Improve engineering processes and tools for scalability and speed
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trendsWho You Are

• At least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Proficient with JavaScript and frameworks like React, Express
• Experience with programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, C#
• Able to work US hours (East or West Coast)
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality products at scale
• Knowledge of modern web technologies and testing frameworks
• Experience with databases
• Quick learner of new tools
• Entrepreneurial mindset; startup experience preferred
