The right candidate will provide support to attorneys and other team members in all phases of litigation, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files and mentoring other paralegals and junior attorneys.Why join us?-Strong Compensation PackageMedicalDentalVision401kBonusJob Details-We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex litigation matters and providing support to our attorneys. You will work closely with our attorneys to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality legal services.Responsibilities:Manage complex litigation matters from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and preparing for depositions and trialConduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy and prepare legal memorandaAssist with document management, including organizing and maintaining case files and managing document production and reviewCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional and effective mannerAssist with trial preparation, including preparing trial exhibits, coordinating witness testimony, and assisting with trial logisticsStay current with developments in the law and provide updates to attorneys on relevant legal issuesProvide guidance and mentorship to junior paralegals as neededQualifications:5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with a focus on securities litigationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with legal research tools and document management softwareAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with trial preparation and attendance at trial preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive informationIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
