• Review, maintain, and update the Central Quality Controlled Documents (Policies, SOP, Food Safety Plan, etc.)
• Ensure document control system in compliance with all applicable regulations, and third-party certification bodies.
• Assist in supplier approval program document review process.
• Provide quality assistant to cross-functional teams (PDC, NPI, Manufacturing, Legal, Supply Chain, Pilot Plant, etc.)
• Ensure quality-related information on PLM is up-to-date. (Raw material documentation, claims, attributes, manufacturer certifications, product specification, etc.)
• Oversee the Trainer programs for Central Food Safety Training.
• Generates COAs for external consumer tests made from Pilot Plant and Lab Kitchen.
• Support additional quality functions - develop training material, support supplier management, specification updates, document generation. You Have:
  • BS in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive working as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in documentation management for 3+ years
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a diverse, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
