JobSummaryThe role owns leadership and executive-level relationships supporting our existing CPQ & OM applications. The role serves as a single point of focus between IT and Organizations driving Quote to Order transform.Manages a larger team of BSAs, SW Engineers, QA automation and/or managers, is accountable for the performance and results of his/her team. Management of the teams may be direct (analysts) and indirect (development scrum teams)The candidate will stimulate, surface and craft demand for capabilities and assets ensuring potential business value is captured, optimized, and recognized. workforces and companiesResponsibilitiesStakeholder ManagementOwns business engagement with SalesSales Operations, Product, Order Management and Transformational Programs Responsible for driving and influencing senior leadership decision makingIs able to effectively identify appropriate stakeholdersBrings strategic thought-leadership to help define IT vision, roadmap and deliver in support of our Quote & Order transformational programsAbility to drive conflict resolution between stakeholders, including senior management and cross functional teamsSets and influences stakeholder expectations related to technology initiativesResponsible for transparent communication to stakeholders related to technology initiativesManagement ReportingParticipates in monthly operational reviews of operational performance and roadmap statusExecutes against operational KPIsReviews, identifies areas for improvement and makes recommendations to leadershipResource and Budget ManagementDecisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plans that are agreed upon by upper managementWorks closely with Technical Project Managers to track resource allocation and utilization for portfolio significantly impactful/high risk issues, appropriate prioritization, resource assignment and ownership, and overseeing process through closure of issue while ensuring appropriate escalation and visibility to senior management teamsSenior Manager oversees and supports RCA cycles, reviews management level reports related to issues and escalationsFor more complex and higher risk issues, the manager will draft and support reviews Senior Leadership review cyclesReviews and approves security best practices for networks, systems, and applicationsActs as a more senior escalation point for approving or rejecting security architecture requestsActs as escalation point for resolving complex customer security inquiries in partnership with Legal, Sales, and Operations teamsReviews, analyzes, provides recommendations and may decide on acceptance or rejection of audit controlsReviews and approves global IT security policies annually, escalating for final approval, as neededVendor ManagementManages/leads individual consultants or consulting teams, as assignedUnderstands vendor roadmaps, manages relationships, feedback and escalations, negotiations and contract renewalsReviews ManagementDirectly and indirectly manages team of technology professionals in spread out throughout the worldExecutes against approved initiativesPartners with global technology owners and regional stakeholders, to implement and maintain global technology standardsQualifications5years professional experience in a software development leadership roleExperience migrating applications to cutting edge SaaS/CPQ/CX/Commerce tools like Oracle CPQ, Oracle Commerce, Zuora, etc. Experience designing and supporting an enterprise-wide customer, partner and employee enabling systemsBachelor's in
