The Zazzle designer community has been essential to the success of Zazzle for 15 years, and we are looking for someone to supercharge and help to lead our community into the future. The Community Management & Engagement Specialist will be responsible for primary communication with the community as well as contributing to the development and expansion of programs, projects and systems of a growing and increasingly diverse community of designers.

* Act as primary point of contact and communicator with our community of thousands. Encourage, empower and educate designers on everything from new product launches, to how to be successful on our growing platform. Be the voice of the community, ensuring their interests are championed and communicated to varying stakeholders. * Spearhead efforts to better market and spotlight our independent community across all platforms, channels and initiatives. Take ownership of partnering with necessary teams to see these efforts become a reality. * Define and propose programs designed to increase community engagement and satisfaction/retention towards specific metrics. * Conceive of and implement programs that will create designer leaders/mentors to help manage the community * Partner with marketplace leadership to activate and leverage the designer community to support company goals. * Publish educational materials so the designer community knows what product/content to create in order so service customer demand. * Design and implement measurements to analyze messaging program effectiveness and quantify revenue generated from executed programs. * Use large sets of user data to extract actionable insights in support of community strategy. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and voice ideas often on how to evolve the community and community offerings. Feel comfortable in presenting these ideas with clear metrics and ROIs, as well as initiative and a "get it done" mentality. * Recruit and train designers for new Zazzle offerings. * Publish educational materials so the designer community knows what product/content to create in order so service customer demand. * Contribute, author, or edit formal business communications to designers

About You:

* 3+ years of experience in community management or remote large team leadership. Comfortability in change management, discussion moderation, and in communicating to large audiences. * 2+ years of product management experience. * Authentic and honest communicator who feels comfortable both in team advocation and recognition, but also in having tough conversations and resetting expectations. * Familiar with community management tools used to facilitate communication and collaboration. * Tech-savvy skill set with extensive experience in leveraging Jira, Google Suite, Google Analytics and Microsoft Outlook. * A big picture thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast paced remote working environment, and is able to change direction quickly. * Demonstrable results from initiatives you conceived of and participated in that achieved strategic business objectives * Experience with rewards and incentive programs to encourage healthy behaviors and community ownership. * Excellent collaborator who loves to work on projects in a cross-functional team. * Confident public speaker who is excited at the thought of conducting interviews, presenting to large groups and hosting webinars. * Passionate about design and creativity and how it can improve one's connection with other people. * Bachelor's degree.
