The Senza System, Senza II System, and the Senza Omnia System are the only SCS systems that deliver Nevro's proprietary HF10 therapy. JobSummary&ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Commercial Applications will have primary responsibility for identifying, planning, developing, and maintaining the commercial IT systems for supporting upstream and downstream marking, salesforce management and operations, data analytics, and other associated capabilities related to the revenue growth of Nevro. This leader is expected to be a partner with the business functions and contribute as a cross-functional leader in support of Nevro growth and expansion. This leader will bring a strategic growth and entrepreneurial mindset to business challenges and opportunities for our business and ensure a strong team is developed and maintained within IT to deliver and maintain. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge and experience in leading commercial IT programs and systems for organizations similar to Nevro and bring cross-functional leadership and communication skills. Additionally, experience in managing third party vendor partnerships and recruiting and developing talent for competitive advantage will be import. Experience in commercial SaaS-based applications such as Salesforce and a knowledge of new technologies and systems for commercial functions is desired.MajorResponsibilitiesinclude:Develop and sustain the commercial applications for Nevro in support of lead capture and management, opportunity and customer lead development, and ongoing customer support.Manage third party vendor relationships through contracting, expense tracking, opportunities for future functionality and growth, and ongoing health. Be the primary contact for key business functions in Nevro including Marking, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service and Support, and Tech support.Participates with cross functional senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives and makes decisions on implementation and ensures operational effectiveness. Translates business strategies into functional IT plans and guides teracts with senior management, executives, and/or major customers which frequently involves negotiating matters of significance to the organization. Reconciles multiple stakeholder views to drive business results.Build and lead internal and external teams directly and through lower management, executing on current and future commercial IT applications.Train and mentor both direct and indirect reports in IT best practices. Other responsibilities will be identified as the IT leadership team matures and evolves into IT best practices and competitive advantage for Nevro balancing our need for both growth and profitability. Other duties as assigned RoleRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or Engineering required. Master's degree in relevant field preferred.Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education requirement Skills and Knowledge 10 years leadership and management experience with IT commercial applications development and support. 15+ years' experience preferred.Experience working in an FDA regulated environment or comparable regulatory agencies (i.e. notified bodies) is preferred.Experience working with applications currently in use at Nevro (Salesforce, Veeva, Tableau, Snowflake, etc.).Excellent verbal, communication and presentation skillsStrong problem solving & analytical skills.Entrepreneurial and growth mindset with experience in building organizations and frameworks for a growing business.Skills in planning and organizing teamwork effort and communicating status in a clear and concise manner to leadership.
