The C3 AI Ex Machina team has immediate openings for Solutions Engineers in Redwood City, California. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing customer technical requirements, giving product demos, assisting in customer trials of Ex Machina, training and enabling prospects and customers, and driving all technical aspects of the sales cycle to successful conclusion. This position reports to the Vice-President of C3 AI Ex Machina Sales. YourResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and deliver Ex Machina demos and presentations targeted at specific use cases or vertical industries, leveraging customer or industry-specific data. Partner with sales on lead qualification from the technical perspective.Provide assistance and training to customers who are evaluating Ex Machina. Compile and share customer feedback with Product Management to drive our product roadmap. Work with sales to optimize engagement model, drive higher win rate and quicker trial conversions.Collaborate with the extended team to drive adoption, customer success and expansion.Requirements3+years in a similar technical pre-sales Strong, proven Data Analytics skills. Bachelor's degree required with a focus on science, technology, engineering or math.Experience with and understanding of AI and Machine Learning, Big Data and/or analytics.Proficiency in SQL, Scala, Python and other advanced data technologies is a big plus. Exemplary written and oral communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.Entrepreneurial and a problem-solving mindset.Ability to thrive and perform in a high-velocity selling environment.
