Part of the Corporate IT End User Services team IT Support Engineer is responsible for the install, config and maintenance of Corporate end user assets such as Windows laptops, MacBook and iOS devices. Role will maintain the IT Asset Management audit compliance, Information security compliance for corporate end user assets and resolve support tickets. The role reports to the Manager Responsibilities Install, Build, Config, and support End User services assets such as Windows10 laptops, MacBook, iOS Mobile devices and Corporate VOIP, Print/scan servicesSupport and maintain Corporate IT Asset Management tool & asset life cycle managementResolving a variety of IT-related end-user support tickets throughout the dayIdentifying and completing assigned tasks as part of various IT projectsEnd User Administration of Corporate applications such as G Suite, O365, Adobe, RingCentral, Zoom, MDM tools, Jamf, Kace, Confluence , Jira, Slack, PRTG etc.Handling day-to-day tasks such as asset audit management, and technical supportProviding high quality documentation using Confluence for both team and Department specific processActive Directory Account creation and removal for onboarding and off-boarding of usersProvide new employee IT orientation to new hires (over Zoom to start)Collaborate coordinate with regional IT teams to accomplish success in Corporate IT SupportMust have experience to troubleshoot the physical office equipment (presentation gear, conference room setups, etc.) Required Skills 5 Years Experience in Windows 10 end user asset build, config using Dell Latitude platformsExperience with Windows Active Directory services, policies, User and Group Administration3 Year experience in desktop support operation & incident management1 Year experience in Jamf to build, automate and support Applications for MacBookKnowledge of Windows PowerShell scriptingExperience in Disc Encryption and any endpoint protection toolsTroubleshoots issues and wants to know the why, not just howSense of urgency in addressing Information security vulnerability remediationRemains calm under the pressure of deadlines and high stress situationsWorks well with the team and independently with little supervisionMust have experience in supporting Remote UsersMust be an exceptional team player with can do attitudeMust be a collaborator and works well with others outside of team boundariesApproachability and a stellar customer service mentalityStrong verbal and written communications skills Educational Requirements & Work Experience Bachelor's degree with A+ or CompTIA certifications or Equivalent experience with A+ or CompTIA, ITIL Certification5+ Years in an IT End User Services operations or Desktop Support Operations About HeartFlow, Inc.
